Conference date: March 15th, 2012 09.00 - 13.00 Bucharest-Romania

Please read the Terms and Conditions before registering for the Conference

In 2012, the ongoing weakness across the Romanian economy and the economies of Europe will continue to challenge the commercial property market.

Banks with large numbers of distressed assets on their books must weigh up the merits of enforced sales versus workouts, while cautious institutional investors are demanding greater transparency and more active management from their chosen fund managers.

The BLISSROMANIA Commercial Real Estate Conference 2012 will bring together the leading industry players in Romanian commercial real estate to:

  • share their forecasts for the market over the next five years
  • identify which sectors of the market are emerging most rapidly from the financial crisis
  • determine how to maximise returns in a new era for property investing.

JOIN YOUR PEERS TO DISCUSS:

  • The state of the economy as we look towards 2015 and the implications for the commercial property market
  • Future trends in employment and consumer spending and how these will shape the retail property market
  • Investor perspectives on which segments and locations will offer the greatest risks and opportunities in 2012 and beyond
  • The action plans of leading banks as increasing numbers of distressed loans reach maturity
  • New approaches to structuring institutional property portfolios after the financial crisis

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Property Developers
  • Property Investors
  • Company managers looking to lease office/retail space
  • Asset managers
  • Bankers
  • Real Estate consultants
  • Insurance companies
